This course provides participants with basic skills and knowledge to make an effective training delivery and development of others, including  training needs identification, training design, training delivery and training evaluation.The aim of the course is to provide the participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver effective classroom trainingin open and in-house corporate formats.

 The course is designed for instructors, training specialists or other staff delivering classroom-based lessons/presentations in a training environment.The course is open to people who are new to training field with no or little previous training development experience.
